Available on Pro and Enterprise plans: run projects on behalf of multiple end clients, each shown their own name, address and logo. See upgrade options
Your company's worker roster. Save each worker's name, email and date of birth once here, then add them to any project from its Workers tab without re-entering them. Workers are not locked to one project, the same worker can be on as many projects at once as you need.
Workers invited to this project will see the selected client's name, address and logo instead of your own. Set up client companies under Settings.
All optional, shown to workers on the induction. Leave any of these blank and the induction still reads naturally, it just tells the worker they'll be given the specific details in person rather than leaving a gap.
Shown as its own item in the Hazards, Rules & Declarations step, which every worker has to read and tick before they can submit. Leave blank and that item shows generic default wording (confirmed by supervisor / set out in the RAMS) instead of a blank section. Enter anything here and it's shown verbatim, with a fixed line automatically added underneath making clear this list isn't exhaustive and that anything additional or arising later is covered by the RAMS or a subsequent RAMS.
All optional. The worker always gets their own copy by email. Add a project manager and/or other addresses (HR, filing, another consultant) to also receive a copy of every completed induction for this project, on top of anyone already set up account-wide in Settings.
Separate multiple addresses with commas. No name needed, just who else should get a copy for visibility, filing, or admin purposes.
Before workers reach the site induction form, show them a short set of slides on your site rules, then a timed quiz they must pass: a record of who's actually taken in the information, not just clicked through it. On by default for every new project, untick this if you don't want it for this one.
Each worker gets 2 attempts at the quiz. If they use both without passing, or you want to send the same worker through it again (e.g. for testing), use Reset for testing on the Workers tab.
All topics are included by default. Untick any that don't apply to this project, for example LOLER on a project with no lifting operations.
Send their induction invite now, or just save their details and invite them later, closer to when the project actually starts.
Correcting a mistake here doesn't resend their invite. Use Resend for that separately.
Saves to your company roster only. This does not add them to any project or send anything yet - add them from a project's Workers tab whenever you're ready.
This only updates their roster entry. Anyone already assigned to a project keeps their own separate copy and won't change.
This only removes them from your roster. Any project they're already on keeps its own copy and is not affected.
Select who to add to this project. They stay assignable to any other project too, adding them here never removes them from anywhere else.
This frees up the project slot. We don't keep a copy of induction records on our server; the only copies are the emails already sent to each worker and to you when they submitted.

Shown to workers instead of your own company details on projects you assign to this client.
Any projects currently assigned to it will fall back to showing your own company details to workers.
Optionally assign this project to a client company. Workers invited to it will see that client's name, address and logo instead of your own. You can change this later from the project's Setup tab.
